I go there a few times when I pick up shifts in Hardeeville. Every time I go service is good, cleanliness is ok, food is alright, I strike up conversations with the staff waiting for food (I always get to go). I work next to the hospital so there are not many options to choose from, but even if there was, this would be up there with what I would choose.

Waffle House is one of my favorite places to go get some breakfast food, fast. Not just a biscuit, but I mean a full plate breakfast of waffle & omelette. Always a great late night stop after bars or drinking, but also good before hitting the road for a trip. I stopped here when leaving Bluffton, had the ceremonial greet upon entering and settled at the counter. With the grill in front of me and the serving staff all busy, I took 10 seconds and ordered my favorites. I love the waffle, as simple as it is, it works for me. Always hot, with just the right crispy exterior yet soft chewy inside. Then a ham & cheese omelette with their potatoes; I just love the fluffy omelette and the gooey cheese inside. This filled me up and I enjoyed it all.
The staff here was consistently working well, even as they yelled out orders and talked loud to each other or customers. This is the Waffle House, not Chez Nous. Plus my coffee was well filled as needed, and my food was good. Plenty of parking, and the tables turned here. A good stop! -

It's a Waffle House can I say other than it's really nice to see folks going over and above to provide exceptional customer service. This place is packed and these two young man are getting it done. Great job guys.

Used to have a ton of issues with this Waffle House but recently they have really stepped their game up. Food has been incredible, customer service has been even better!!

Worst service ever big lady that was there at 1:00 am June 9th 2019 was a totally unprofessional person who should not be working in food and beverage if she hates her job so much she def should change it she literally had ZERO people skills what so ever coming from a person who has been in food and beverage for over 15 years this is totally unacceptable worst service I think I have EVER gotten!!! I give them 0 stars
